The company running the delhi-gurgaon expressway toll plaza has been ordered by a consumer forum here to pay 10,000 rupees as compensation to a commuter for damage to his car after the toll gate barrier accidentally fell on it.
                                              The mishap had occurred at delhi-gurgaon super connectivity Ltd-run toll plaza,which has been asked to pay the sum to east delhi residence Abhinav by new delhi district consumer disputes residental forum.
                                      Rejecting the toll plaza contention that the costumer that the commuter hit the barrier,the bench presided by CK chaturvedi said he could not have hit the barrier if it was blocking the path.
