Yes there is, a US based firm claims that they can predict your job success through FB profile.
Researchers from Old Dominion University, Virginia found that by evaluating your Facebook profile one can get the same information as that of a personality test. Researcher said that based on the content posted on the Facebook profile they can determine candidate's personality traits which could further be deduced into the job success rate.
During the study the company had gleaned the information about the candidates using their social networking profile and then compared it with the personality test results. The results were astoundingly similar.
