Worst disaster at a Theater


Fire, in which people were burned to death, have caused worst disaster at theaters. This incident happened at Canton(now Guangzhou), China , in 1945 when 1670 people died. Europe's worst was at the ring theater, Vienna, Australia, in 1881, which killed 620 people.

Stolen


The Norwegian artist Edward Munich painted several versions of his famous painting 'The Scream'(1893). One hung in the National gallery Oslo, Norway. In 1994 it was stolen and held to ransom for $1 million, but was recovered a few months later. Another version which was hanging in Munich museum, Oslo, was stolen by armed raiders in 2004.No ransom demand is being made and the painting is still missing.

Pak patient killed Indian doctor


The Indian doctor, fatally stabbed in an Abu Dhabi hospital last week, by his Pakistani patient was attacked as the assailant was upset over the treatment of his ailment, the cops reported.Urologist Rajan Daniel was attacked with a kitchen knife by a Pakistani named as Mohamad Abdul Jamil at the Al Ahlia Hospital on Saturday, as the 58 year old doctor could not bring immediate relief to the attacker's painful disease. According to Abu Dhabi Police, the 46 year old attacker was under observation for urinary disease for several weeks and appropriately visited the doctor for a follow up.

Boy with 25 fingers

A baby with 25 fingers,don't believe us? see this.The boy named Apan from new Bhopal have grabbed the attention of the media, the boy have 25 fingers,13 fingers in his hand and 12 in his feet due to rare genetic disorder called Polydactyly.His digits are also fused together on account of another disturbing genetic disorder known as Syndactyly.The boy was born with 26 fingers but due to a unfortunate accident occurred when he was 2,he lost one finger.The boy belongs to a very poor family of India his father drives a rickshaw where as his mother is a housewife.The possible reason for this genetic disorder could be the "Bhopal gas tragedy" which had happened in 1984,but the reason for it had not yet confirmed.

Bedtime stories for your dogs


British scientists claim to have developed the worlds first bedtime story for dogs. The free audiobook 'Teddy and Stanley's Tall Tale' includes soothing syllables designed to lower stress in canines. Laura Quinn, Working with pet behaviorist Karen Wild, spent years analyzing speech pattern so they could write a story perfect to calm and relax dogs upset by fireworks. The book tells the heartwarming story of towering dog called Stanley and his smaller friend Teddy.

Diana's Rolls Royce


A bulletproof Rolls Royce used by princess Diana on her first trip to the US is expected to fetch more than $1.2 million pound at auction. The Rolls Royce Silver Shadow was brought new in 1979 by British embassy. But it didn't come out into service until 1982 after engineers spent three years and $200,000 armoring this luxury car to repel bullets, grenades and even small bombs.

Halloween bring trouble


Authorities said four persons were shot and and wounded during a Halloween party on the university of Southern California campus and two suspects are in custody. The incident happened at 11:30 pm on Wednesday outside the Ronald Tutor Campus Center, where about 100 people have gathered for party hosted by student organization.

US 2012 polls making history


Notwithstanding a week economy, the 2012 elections will be the most expensive in US history, costing $6 billion, with the presidential race alone accounting for $2.6 billion. The 2012 general election is set to beat the cost of the 2008 poll by about $700 million, a non-profit think-thank has said in a report.
