Do you know what you are eating?

Eating road kill( animals that have been killed on the road) has occurred ever since there have been cars. In USA where deer and other animals are the very common victims, a number of recipe book and websites have been devoted to this subject. Britain's first flattened fauna (squashed animals) cookbook was announced in 2006 by Arthur Boyt of Davidstow, Cornell who has included badger, fox, weasel and bat among his meal over past 50 years. His recipes include one for spaghetti with hedgehog.
