Most abundant

Stick insects have the longest bodies. Some of them are 51 cm long including their feet.

Goliath beetles are the most heaviest of all, some of them weight 100g.

Jewel beetle larvae, or young may live inside timber for 30 years or more.

Male houseflies live about 17 days and females about 29 days.
Noisiest insects
Colonies of hundreds of male cicadas make loud noises to attract female. These noises are as noisy as heavy traffic.

Dragon flies can fly at speeds of 28.7-32 km per hour
